Section 2. The Executive Board, together with the Chairman of all Standing Committees shall form the Board of Directors.

ARTICLE VIII
STANDING COMMITTEES

Section 1. The President shall appoint all Committee Chairman. All Committee Chairman are members of the board.
Section 2. A member in good standing may vote only once on an issue before the Board.

ARTICLE XI
Section 1. Four (4) members of the Executive Board shall constitute a quorum, provided one (1) of the four (4) is one of the first three (3) officers.
2. At a Board od Director’s Meeting, nine (9) Members shall constitute a quorum.
3. At regular meetings of the Club, a majority of the membership of a Club present shall constitute a quorum, provided one (1) of the first (3) officers is present.
